Penn State ESRI Technical Support
If you have a technical support question regarding ESRI software, you must submit it to a Penn State technical support contact. ESRI will not accept support inquiries from unauthorized contacts. Therefore, please email support@gis.psu.edu with the following information:
- Name
- Department
- Phone number
- Name of software application (including extensions, if applicable)
- Software version (including Service Pack, if applicable)
- Operating System (including Service Pack, if applicable)
- Description of the problem
Tip: Before emailing the technical support contacts, try searching the ESRI Knowledge Base (http://support.esri.com). Solutions to the most common bugs and technical issues are found there.
